From March 18 to 19, nine senior participants — aged 60+, from both Cyprus and Italy — gathered in Cyprus for the Transnational Pilot Camp of the eSeniors project. Each partner selected three seniors representing different backgrounds (urban/rural, men and women), to ensure inclusivity and diversity.
During this 3-day activity, they had the chance to test the first version of the eSeniors Workbook — a practical guide designed to help older adults navigate everyday digital tasks.
The camp was a space for learning, collaboration, and exchange. With their feedback, we are now improving the Workbook and training methodology to make sure they are simple, effective, and adapted to the real needs of older adults.
This pilot experience proved how much seniors can achieve when given the right tools and support. Their participation also strengthens the European character of the project, fostering connection across borders and generations.
